I’ve been running in tight little circles pretending I’m getting someplace for so long that I’ve neglected this blog. —Along with most of the rest of my life.

In fact the only photographs I’ve taken lately that are worth posting are protected by a non-disclosure agreement… Yup. I’ve been getting paid to take photos again. Only this time around I’m keeping my day job. And keeping my day job has already turned out to be a very good idea. This whole thing has just come to a screeching halt while they do a redesign and a “rethink” of the entire project.

In the mean time I’ve been paid for the work I’ve done and I’ve made almost enough money to pay for all the new hardware I bought to do the job. — Hey any excuse to buy new toys is a good one, right?

On the downside this latest batch of photos will only appear in a trade catalog, and since I’m not a potential client I won’t be receiving a copy. But, as my my partner-in-crime says: this is S.O.P. and as long as I get paid on time I shouldn’t whine. — A most excellent point.

So to heck with it. Here’s a nice peaceful shot that I took a couple of years back, that I finally got around to processing.
